Return and refund policy


Jette Frölich Design accepts payment by Dankort/VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Anyday and JCB. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is dispatched.Jette Frölich Design encrypts all your card details using the so-called SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorised persons cannot read your card number or other information during the transaction with PBS.

When paying with Anyday, the first payment will only be charged to your card when the item is shipped. Then you will pay your monthly instalment on the last working day of the following month, and three months ahead. No fees or interest will be applied to your purchase, provided you pay on time. If you return your purchase, the agreement with Anyday will automatically terminate.


Jette Frölich Design tries to dispatch orders received before 12:00 on the same day. Orders received after 12:00 will be shipped the next day.Jette Frölich Design will arrange for delivery by Post Denmark (unless otherwise specified) to the recipient on the date requested in the order. However, timely delivery requires that Post Danmark complies with day-to-day delivery. If there are delays at Post Danmark, this will correspondingly delay the delivery in relation to the requested delivery date. Post Danmark's quality target for delivery reliability is minimum 97% for letter parcels and minimum 99% for parcel post. However, please note that these percentages are averages and may cover large local and time-limited variations. Jette Frölich Design cannot be held responsible for delays by Post Danmark. In case of very late (several days) or outright missing deliveries, Jette Frölich Design will of course send a new delivery free of charge.

Right to complain

Jette Frölich Design provides a 2-year warranty according to the Purchase Act, covering manufacturing and material defects found in normal use of the goods. The warranty does not cover defects, damage or wear, directly or indirectly caused by improper operation, poor maintenance, violence or unauthorized interference. Complaints about defects that should be detected by normal examination of the goods must be notified to Jette Frölich Design within a reasonable time. The goods may subsequently be returned for repair, exchange or, by agreement, credit. In the event of a complaint, Jette Frölich Design shall bear the reasonable costs of returning the goods.

Returns can also be made by refusing receipt or delivering the item to us in person. It is not a requirement but the handling is facilitated if complete information is included in the package - for example copy of order confirmation, registration number and account number of the bank account to which the refund can be made, copy of any previous correspondence, etc.


In the case of agreed decorations, returned goods or prepaid goods cancelled before dispatch, a full or partial refund of the purchase price shall be made. Refunds are normally always made to the means of payment from which the payment was made.

Right of withdrawal

There is a 14 day return policy on the goods, counting from the day they are received, then 14 days to send it back. If you choose to cancel a purchase, simply return the item in substantially the same condition and quantity as you received it. Once the item is received back and accepted, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within a few days. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

The consumer can withdraw from a purchase even if the goods have been used. An item is only used if it is used beyond what is possible by trying it out in a physical shop. If the goods are used, a concrete assessment is made of what the goods can be sold for as used to another consumer.


All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:

If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policies & Procedures. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.

Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above - including restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees.
